THE FIRM
Lytle & Wilson, P.C. is a local firm
of certified public accountants with five full-time personnel and three part-time personnel. Of the eight members of our
staff, five are certified public accountants. The principals, Richard Lytle and C. Patrick Wilson, joined the firm in 1979
and 1994, respectively. Both principals had experience with large international accounting firms prior to joining Lytle &
Wilson, P.C.
Lytle & Wilson, P.C. has existed in its present form since 1978. The firm can trace its roots in public
accounting in Houston back to the 1950s. Our tenure is due to our emphasis on providing excellent service to our clients
on a timely basis in a competent, professional manner. We recognize that our clients are the cornerstone of our success and
strive to reinforce that attitude among our staff members as well as our clients.
PEER REVIEW
We are proud of
our participation in the Division for CPA Firms, a voluntary, self-regulatory organization created by the American Institute
of CPAs to foster quality performance. One of the primary requirements for membership in the Division for CPA Firms is the
examination of our practice by an independent team of CPAs every three years, known as peer review. We have undergone eight
such peer reviews since joining the Division for CPA Firms in 1979 and have received an unqualified report, the highest rating
that can be obtained, in each case.
SERVICES
Lytle & Wilson, P.C. provides a broad array of accounting services
in the areas of financial accounting, taxation, and consulting. We strive to emphasize planning functions, although we also
perform many compliance duties.
